Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain Community continues to invest and expand snowmaking capacity. Although already offering 100% snowmaking, Ski Big Bear spent the summer months adding and updating snowguns and pumps. These upgrades combined with the new compressors last summer demonstrate our commitment to be open and continually expand snowmaking capacity allowing us to lay down more snow more quickly.
Ski Big Bear continues to update the rental equipment fleet with new skis coming from Rossignol to add to our shop of 1600+ skis and 500+ snowboards. Ski Big Bear meets the needs of beginner and more advanced skiers with quality, well-maintained equipment.
Additionally, Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain continues to place a high priority on people. Our staff development has been aligning with goals as we have created and filled positions to best meet our customer needs as well as maintain, serve and develop efficiencies within the operation. Memories are created here and Ski Big Bear continues to be a stand-out service provider not only for first time skiers but also for families and individuals that expect a high level of service and quality snow conditions at an affordable price.
